The Best Water Diet: Lose One Pound Per Day




In this day and age perhaps everyone is looking for a solution for quick weight loss. As we live in a modern and busy society and are always on the go, we don’t have a lot of time for exercise. Thus, we look for alternative ways to lose weight.

I am sure that everyone has heard that you can lose weight by drinking water and this is true. Combined with a diet, it is very achievable. But, among all the water diets we will present you the best water diet where you can lose one pound a day.

Before we explain the diet we have to mention that it should not be kept constantly, but every other day. Also, do not do it for a long time, but occasionally, ideally once a week. No diet is good for your health, therefore, consult your doctor.

The Diet

This is what you have to do daily to achieve some results.

Breakfast

Drink a large glass of water, tea or juice. You can eat as much fruit and drink as much juice as you want. Just mix several types of fruits with the water or tea or juice that you have to drink in the morning.

Lunch

Drink a large glass of water before meals and tea after meals. The menu for eating would be raw vegetables in whatever amount you desire. Just add some vinegar, oil, lemon and spices. You can also add some salad and olives. The vegetables that are allowed are: artichokes, celery, lettuce, carrots, peppers, cucumber, onion, corn and tomatoes.

Snack

As a snack, have a large glass of water, tea or juice. Then, one glass of milk or yogurt or 30 grams of cheese or a piece of fruit.

Dinner

For dinner just drink a glass of water and a cup of tea after a meal. The meal should contain 100 grams of meat (chicken or veal) or 150 grams of fish (hake) or one boiled egg with vegetables and fruit.
