The 3 Day Military Diet is a popular weight loss program that claims to help people lose up to 10 pounds in a week by following a strict meal plan. The diet is based on solid metabolism-boosting science and requires followers to be strict and disciplined in order to see results.

It may include unconventional food choices such as hot dogs and ice cream, but the key to success with this diet is finding a plan that works for you and committing to it 100%. By following the diet closely and sticking to it, you can achieve your weight loss goals and improve your overall health and well-being.

The diet includes foods that may be considered unconventional or unappetizing, such as hot dogs and ice cream. However, it is based on solid science and has been reported to result in significant weight loss in just 3 days. The diet is not recommended as a long-term solution, but can be used as a quick-fix solution for those looking to lose weight quickly.

The 3 Day Military Diet plan includes a combination of foods that are high in protein, low in carbohydrates and low in fat. The diet is designed to be low in calories, with a total of about 1,100-1,400 calories per day.

If you’re vegan or vegetarian, you’ll already know how to substitute out the protein or dairy elements of the diet. The meals are as follows:

Day 1:

Breakfast – 1/2 grapefruit, 1 slice of toast, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter

Lunch – 1/2 cup of tuna, 1 slice of toast, 1 small apple

Dinner – 3 ounces of any type of meat, 1 cup of green beans, 1 small banana, 1 small vanilla ice cream

Day 2:

Day 4 – 7

Eat what you like, but keep it to a maximum of 1500 calories a day. Over 80% of people misjudge how many calories they eat, so if you’re serious about getting skinny, you’ll keep a journal.

It is important to note that this diet is not recommended by nutrition experts and may not be a healthy or sustainable way to lose weight. It is also not recommended for people with certain health conditions, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and kidney disease. Before starting any diet, it is always best to consult with a healthcare professional.
