Every Single Person Who Has Cancer Has a pH that is Too Acidic. Here is the Easiest Way to Check your pH Balance

For an optimal function of our body, it has to be slightly alkaline. If we have this type of an environment in our body, all the cells, chemical reactions, immune system and the beneficial bacteria in the gut will function better. Whereas, if the body has an acidic environment, all systems will fail to do their job properly.

Therefore, if our body’s levels become too acidic, acidosis will occur and our body will become more prone to diseases.

Acidic Environment in the Body Causes Different Types of Diseases

These are the diseases that an acidic environment in our body causes:

  • Yeast/fungal overgrowth
  • Slow elimination and digestion
  • Bladder and kidney conditions, including kidney stones
  • Weight gain, obesity and diabetes
  • High blood pressure
  • Chronic inflammation
  • Obesity, slow metabolism and inability to lose weight
  • Mood swings
  • Low energy and chronic fatigue
  • Joint Pain, aching muscles and lactic acid buildup
  • Osteoporosis, weak or brittle bones, fractures and bone spurs.
  • Premature aging
  • Weakened immunity

Toxic chemicals and prescription and over-the counter drugs have proven to lower the body’s pH levels. This is the reason they come with a wide range of side effects and little or no effectiveness. When the pH levels drop below 6.4 enzymes are deactivated and this compromises the digestion and assimilation of vitamins, minerals and food supplements. The acid on the other hand, reduces the energy production on cellular level, the ability to detoxify heavy metals, the capacity to repair cells, and it makes the body more prone to illness and fatigue.

The most important thing here is that it has been scientifically proven that diseases cannot thrive in an alkaline environment. Thus, all the bacteria, yeast, mold, candida, fungus, and cancer cells thrive in an acidic and low pH environment. What most commonly causes an acidic pH is stress, toxic overload, acid forming diet, and depletion of oxygen and nutrients. Thus, our body trues to compensate for acid by using alkaline mineral reserves, which can lead to a plethora of diseases.

If we do not include sufficient amount of minerals in our diet to compensate for acidic build-up in the cells then it can cause ailments like lupus, MS, arthritis, pain and fibromyalgia. This is very good because cancer cannot thrive in a healthy pH environment. For example, there is not such a thing as a cancer of the heart, as blood flowing from the lungs to the heart is at the highest pH and oxygen levels. If there is not any oxygen, the glucose will go through a fermentation process and it creates lactic acid. This may cause a decrease of pH of the cell.

How to Check your pH Balance

If you want to determine your pH levels, you are in luck, because you can do this at home. Just buy some packs of pH strips. The goal would be to achieve between 6.5 and 7.5 in your morning urine.

The saliva pH should be similar. Just measure it two hours after you eat. Before you place it on the strip, fill your mouth with saliva and swallow a few times so it is clean.

When it comes to your diet, aim for 1 70:30 ratio of alkaline to acidic foods. Because stress can affect these levels, too. Make sure you drink plenty of water, eat your veggies and take deep breaths to get rid of the acidic load.
