- Organic OJ
- Cup oatmeal
- 2 cups diced pineapple
- 40 g almonds
- 40 g honey, raw
- 7 g cinnamon
First, you need to put the oats in a pot with hot water and stir. Then, let it cook and then cool. Afterwards, add the pineapple juice and finally the almonds and cinnamon and then the honey. Make sure you mix it well.
